Documents are streamed page by page to allow quick access to any document stored. Each document entering ImageOnDemand it instantly OCR’ed (where required) and can be searched at the document level not just by its meta data. HR departments can benefit from ImageOnDemand which allows multiple users to access and work on employee files. Users can even email complete files or specific pages from within a file to another user or a specific email address. Users of ImageOnDemand can also scan directly from their desktop to the ImageOnDemand portal ensuring that documents are kept up-to-date.
