‘ImageOnDemandTM' is launched

ARchive Services now provide a comprehensive online portal for all your organisations scanned images and electronic files.
ARchive Services, a leader in Records Management and Document Storage, today announced the launch of their comprehensive online portal to clients stored digital media. ImageOnDemandTM allows customers to search, view, modify, zoom, annotate and print directly from a secure online portal. Documents are streamed page by page to allow quick access to any document stored. Not only can scanned images be stored, but electronic files can also be included (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MP3, JPEG, PDF etc.) Each document entering ImageOnDemand it instantly OCR’ed (where required) and can be search at the document level not just by its meta data.
HR departments can benefit from ImageOnDemand which allows multiple users to access and work on employee files. Users can even email complete files or specific pages from within a file to another user or a specific email address. Users of ImageOnDemand can also scan directly from their desktop to the ImageOnDemand portal ensuring that documents are kept up-to-date.

Media Destruction
August 2008
To complement our Secure Document Shredding Services, we now offer a media destruction service to all our clients. Our Media Destruction Service allows you to securely destroy Data Tapes, CD, Disks and Hard Drives. Each client is issued with a dual lockable heavy duty media container to which they add all material for destruction. When ready this can be collected and transferred to our Records Centre for secure destruction. Like all our destruction services, you are issued with a certificate of destruction at the completion of the process.

Scanning Bureau is a Success

ARchive Services have always offered a ScanOnDemand service to all our clients allowing them to quickly receive digital versions of any document in store at our Records Centre, either by email or via the Online Portal SecureConnectTM.
Due to customer demand and the success of the ScanOnDemand service, Archive Services has opened a Scanning Bureau and can offer large quantity document scanning and digital conversion of all your office media, regardless of document size.

‘SecureConnectTM’ goes live!

Customers storing their documents with us can now gain access to live Records Centre information relating to their stored media via our new secure online portal ‘SecureConnectTM’.
SecureConnectTM will allow you to search, request, view scanned images and order supplies direct from your office computer 24/7. You will also be able to run complex queries on all your stored material. Although your documents are stored offsite this does not mean that you are not in control or are unable to see or interact with your documents like they were in the next room. With SecureConnectTM you are able to quickly and efficiently find your required file and either request a digital copy uploaded to the portal for you to download and save/print, or request that the file is delivered to your office at a time that suits you.
