All Files, documents and archive boxes are stored within ARchive Services, highly secure Records Centre and are protected by market leading security and fire protection systems.

Each file or box is individually bar-coded.  Items are scanned at numerous points in the Records Centre as they are handled from their racking location, into the secure loading area, onto the delivery vehicle and finally at our customers’ premises.  In doing this ARchive Services can maintain a full audit trail for the entire lifecycle of each individual document, whilst providing complete, real-time tracking and visibility of the current location of all documents stored within the Records Centre.

Your documents can be stored within open racking as individual files, or within archive boxes, with the Record Centre having racking that is able to accommodate files and boxes.
