To ensure that your stored material is guarded and controlled using the latest technology, ARchive Services invest heavily in new technology and IT.  ARchive Services Records Centre is a secured WiFiTM zone which allows each employee to control your stored material from anywhere in the Records Centre.  As valued clients of ARchive Services, you have the ability to access the Records Centre 24/7, 365 days a year, using the secure and powerful web based portal - SecureConnectTM.  From here you can search your stored material, request documents, download scanned images or check your account details.

ARchive Services utilise Symbol Technologies state of the art wireless handheld data collectors MC9000 throughout the Centre to connect each employee to the SecureConnectTM database.  These devices are also used when delivering your document requests to your office, to confirm delivery and ensure that the correct items have been delivered.

All our barcode labels are tested so that they perform 100% throughout the Records Centre.  The most important quality that a barcode label must have is longevity.  The adhesive used has been age tested to the equivalent of being in a Records Centre for at least 20 years.
